       A Support Ticket Tracking System
      an open source solution you will install and run
             a. it will allow a customer to request help
             b. then opens a ticket
             c. allows customer support personnel to respond
             d. management can view actions taken

6. Ask the Expert (an application you program)

              a. see a list of questions previously asked
